The Elizabethton High School “Betsy Band” has served the students and community of Elizabethton High School in Elizabethton, TN since its inception in 1931. Located in Carter County only a few miles from Johnson City, the small town holds the Betsy Band in highest regards. The tradition of excellence has been passed down from generation to generation by the community, school, and its performers. The organization and its staff aim to provide a unique addition to the culture of our town and to work tirelessly to ensure that its members leave prepared to be passionate, productive, and hard-working members of society.

The Betsy Band Program at EHS proudly supports the 7-time State Champion Marching Band, Color Guard, Dance Team, Varsity and JV Winter Guards, Award winning Symphonic and Concert bands, jazz band, percussion ensembles, and many chamber ensembles that perform throughout the school year.

Students
