The Elizabethton High School Betsy Band is made from the band students at Elizabethton High School grades 9 through 12. The marching band performs at varsity football games in Citizen’s Bank Stadium to support the Fighting Cyclones football team. The marching competes at Marching Band competitions including the Tennessee Division II State Championships. The Betsy Band has won the Tennessee Division II State Championship four times over the past several years.
